In late fall of 2013, Kyle Beach and Rob Ross were attempting to archive all of Sump Pumps recorded works. During that process and in a fit of drunken nostalgia, Rob asked Kyle that, on a scale of one to horrible idea, what his thoughts were on writing another record? Kyle posited the same query to Ryan; turns out it was not the worst idea ever.

Written over the course of two years and recorded on a hot ass weekend in Bloomington, Indiana.

The most special of thanks to Sam Craig, Bosco, So Ugly, and Call Me Bronco, for whom much credit is given in getting Rob back in the van, writing tunes and, quite literally, coming up with that sweet, sweet chorus riff on Shadow Proxy (r.i.p So Ugly, we barely knew ye).
